  • HOLD  LEGS AND ARMS STRAIGHT IN THE FRONT
  • HOLD THIS AND EACH SUBSEQUENT POSITION FOR 1 MIN.
  • HOLD YOUR LEGS TOGETHER, ARMS APART 
  • HOLD YOUR LEGS APART AND ARMS CROSSED ON CHEST 
  • HOLD YOUR LEGS TOGETHER AND ARMS CROSSED ON CHEST
