BOX EXERCISES FOR BALANCE 

  • Step up on box with your right leg, foot flat, 
  • Hold balance for 3 sec. then step down with your left leg. 
  • Do it 10 times and repeat with left leg first. 
  • Step up on the box with your right leg first, foot flat, 
  • Left leg goes over the box and gently down on other side of box. 
  • Do it 10 times and repeat  with left leg first. 
  • Step up on box backwards, with left leg first, than stand feet shoulder width apart, 
  • Hold  3 sec, and  gently step down backwards on other side of box with right leg first, 
  • Do it 10 times and repeat with right leg.. 
  • Step up on the box sideways with right leg first, 
  • Stand on right leg  and hold for 15 sec. 
  • Do it 10 times and repeat with left leg. 
  • Step up on the box sideways with the right leg first, hold for 10 sec., 
  • gently step down with the left leg ( on same side of box).
  • Do it 10 times and repeat with the left leg first. 
this is a test
  • Step up on the box with left leg first, stand feet shoulder-width apart. 
  • Rise up on tiptoes and hold it for 10 sec. 
  • Repeat same with your right leg first.
