BALL EXERCISES FOR COORDINATION 

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hands at chest level, 
  • gently pass the ball, reaching slightly forwards. 
  • Do it 10 times. 
  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, hands at face level, 
  • gently pass the ball, reaching slightly above head. 
  • Do 10 times. 
  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, one person holds  ball at chest level, the other holds ball over the head, 
  • after signal (go!) simultaneously pass the ball to each other, keeping the ball at the same level. 
  • Do it 10 times, change passing level. 
  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, hold ball at chest level, 
  • Turn right and pass the ball. 
  • Do it 10 times and repeat turning left. 
  • Alternate left, right 10 times. 
  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, hold the ball at chest level, 
  • pass the ball to each other as fast as you can. 
  • Do it 10 times, change passing level. 
  • Stand with your feet together, hold the ball overhead with straight arms, 
  • turn right, hold 5 sec., turn left, hold 5 sec. 
  • Do it 10 times. 
  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, hold basketball or any small ball in your right hand, 
  • try to place the ball into the basket, 
  • Do 10 times, repeat with left hand. 
  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, hold basketball in your right hand, 
  • shoot the basket, after each success step one step back and try again. 
  • Do it 10 times, repeat with your left hand. 
  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, hold basketball in your right hand, 
  • shoot the basket which moves around  clockwise and counterclockwise, 
  • do it 10 times, repeat with your left hand.
