Ashtar and Jesus through Cristah
CRISTAH: Ashtar, do you wish to relay a message at this time?
ASHTAR: I wish to address the tragedy that has occurred in southern California. This group of people were drawn together for the realization of themselves. How unfortunate that they did not comprehend the full meaning of our arrival. We would never ask that anyone of you would take your life to reach the next level or to experience ascension. This must be made clear. This form of action on their part was one of not focusing on themselves from within. All things work in tandem and the process we are assisting with at this time is to work with you to ascend in body, soul and mind and with your earth as well. All creation works together and by doing this, creates a process of transition that can be likened to that of the beauty of the sun rising or setting in your world. Those souls who took their own lives will also gain ascension, but, not as they had thought. You all have been given life to experience earthly events. This movement of mind, body and soul into the next dimension will be effortless for those of you who understand that 1) this will happen in God's time 2) that you must be in the mode of love and 3) no one will be left behind. This group did not see or focus on this. All things in your dimension may not seem as it is. There are moments when you will be alarmed, frustrated, impatient...remember this is not the way of the "Masters"...There was no time that a Master would declare the 'time' for an action of their higher being to happen. This was always prayed and meditated upon and allow to happen . Please try to remember this. It will make the next days easier.
Cristah: When will I be able to take the 18th final breath using the Christ Sperical Breathing Meditation that activates the Merkaba? (I had been given a message during my meditation practicing this and now ask for clarification...)
ASHTAR: Those who are and have been practicing the Merkaba that have not achieved this last breath.....(there are several who have already done so).....will be given the last breath upon their ascension. To clarify this, there are many who have achieved the first designated breaths and are waiting for directions for the last. This last breath will just happen. I urge those of you who have been working with this breathing technique to further do so and enjoy the light that is forming, to see it growing larger and larger, stretching further and further out across the earth. Practicing the breathing in the relationship of visualizing this natural vehicle will help you to focus on the love and light of our Creator. Do not worry dear ones, if you are have not been yet drawn to this meditation. You will remember your merkaba's and instintly recall how it is built and activated . But, for those of you preparing, it will be easier to utilize and assist others. This is Our Creator - God's natural way of transporting and can only be achieved through love. Love of body, soul and mind. Together they create the ultimate in transmutation.

CRISTAH: Jesus, will you comment on this Easter weekend?
JESUS: .......Beloved Ones, During this time of evolutionary transition in your world, there are aspects going on that I would like to respond to. The situation in the middle east will heighten, but, you must remember that this area has remained volatile for centuries. Send Prayer and love to this area to ease those suffering. My time walking the earth in this area has changed little in the spiritual sense. There are more people and more souls that are born into the belief that we are separate. There are those of you who have used your eyes to see and your ears to hear and you minds to listen which is why you are reading these words. You have found the way through to the word of God and have found the road to travel back to Him. And know that we are here to assist and have always been here. Those that have not experienced this will not perish, but, will continue to learn how to love.
I say to you, focus on remaining in love. Love those who cast the first stone, Love those who would say unkind words, Love those who do not share your belief , Love those who will not love you back and Love those who have not seen the light of God that shines so brightly upon everyone, everywhere. May this time be one spent in preparation. Preparation for the Ascension of all creation. May this be a time of sharing love with those near to you, as well as throughout the universe and beyond. May you recognize the love that filters through the harsh words and hear them with love. Do not condemn, be kind to yourselves and know you are loved.......all mansions are ready in our Father's house and await your arrival. I leave you with these words...May the rememberance of my Ascension be one that gives you hope, trust, and patience that Our Fathers House is eternal and forever yours. Peace be with you as I am with you always.
