President Rob's Message..

Fellow Rotarians, thank you for visiting the Naples-North Rotary Club website!

Chartered June 24, 1969, the Naples-North Rotary club has 115 members and we are proud to be 100% Paul Harris Fellow or sustaining members.  We are a club that consists of dedicated and selfless members with a wide array of backgrounds.  We are a lively group to say the least!  Our slogan, “Culture is Us” clearly depicts our members’ assortment of talents, knowledge and a shared attitude that makes membership in Naples-North an enjoyable experience.  In the winter months, our “Winter Pigeon” friends from the North swell our ranks and jump right in to lend a hand of support for our various local service projects.

Our sister club, located in Kingston, Jamaica joins us on many local and International Service Projects.   In addition, the Rotary Club of Naples-North has many ongoing projects throughout the year.  We believe in Service Above Self and every day we know that we are making a difference. 

I was honored to represent the club at the 2009 Rotary International Convention in Birmingham, England.  While attending the convention, I was amazed and enlightened by the fellowship that Rotarians demonstrate from across the globe.  The humanitarian needs across the world are immense and Rotarians continue to network and involve themselves tirelessly to make a difference.  The economic setbacks that we face today will not slow our local or international efforts to continue to spread goodwill and peace to those in need.  The Future of Rotary is in Your Hands.

Kevin Erndl, Mick Moore, and Larry Ray are the latest to receive Paul Harris Fellow awards. For Kevin it’s his first. Mick and Larry received their second Paul Harris Fellow Awards.
